The inner and outer diameters installed on the mixing shaft spirally drive the material in the material barrel, so that the agitator can rotate the material in the material barrel in a large range.

When the stirring device works, the inner spiral rotates the powder material near the center of the shaft material to rotate the shaft, and the axial direction pushes from the inside to both sides. The material near the outer spiral drive cylinder wall rotates the shaft, pushing it axially from both sides to the inside.

Can be uniformly mixed in a short time.

Bottom discharge method: The powder material adopts a pneumatic large-open door structure, and the discharge is fast and no residue. High-definition materials or semi-fluid materials use manual butterfly valves or pneumatic butterfly valves. Manual butterfly valves are economical, pneumatic butterfly valves are semi-fluid and well sealed, but the cost is higher than manual butterfly valves.

According to the customer configuration, there is an interlayer inside the cylinder. There are two heating modes: electric heating and thermal oil heating: electric heating is convenient, but the heating speed is slow, and the energy consumption is high; The pipeline has a large investment, but the heating speed is fast and the energy consumption is low.

During the cooling process, cooling water can be directly injected into the jacket. The interlayer has a larger heat exchange area and a faster cooling rate.

The motor and the stirring shaft are directly connected by a cycloidal pin gear reducer, with simple structure, high operation reliability and easy maintenance.

Application of horizontal ribbon mixer
