In addition to correct use of the machine, it must be properly maintained. Correct maintenance will ensure that the machine has no failures during operation and has a longer service life. Incorrect maintenance will not only make the machine's service life longer but also cause the machine to malfunction. As the saying goes, the sharpener does not cut the woodworker by mistake, so on-time maintenance is very important!

     (1) Lubrication

       1. In principle, each rolling bearing may not be filled with oil

       2. The stepless gearbox (adjustable bag-length gearbox) initially operates for one month, and the oil is changed once a month, and every six months thereafter. The oil grade is N320 industrial gear oil or lubricating oil that meets the ISO VG320 standard.

       3. Differential gearbox, change oil once a month at first, then change oil every four months, the brand of oil is N320 mechanical oil.

       4. After every 1000 hours of operation of each transmission chain, lubricate with industrial butter.

       5. Grease the eccentric part after the horizontal sealing shaft.

       6. The connection between the upper clamp conveyor shaft and the universal joint shaft should be lubricated frequently.

     (2) Maintenance

       1. After three months of operation, the stepless gearbox usually needs to adjust the tension of the chain in the stepless gearbox. Please adjust it according to the instruction and the adjustment method on the gearbox.

       2. The adjustment of the tension of the drive chain of the packaging machine. After the new machine has been running for three months, it is necessary to adjust the tension sprocket of each drive chain to eliminate the excessive slack of the chain. In the future, it will be adjusted once every year.
