Conical double (three) screw mixer lubrication:

(1) The cycloidal pin gear reducer of the double spiral mixer is lubricated with thin oil (40 ~ 50 engine oil).

(2) The main transmission box, distribution box, transmission head, etc., internal gears and bearings of the double-screw mixer adopt calcium-based molybdenum disulfide grease (No. 3 or No. 4). Food and medicine can also be lubricated with No. 32 white oil.

Conical double (three) screw mixer use and maintenance:

(1) The life of bearings and gears of the double-spiral mixer is generally 3 to 5 years. The gears of the main transmission box vary according to the physical properties of users, and are generally not equipped with parts.

(2) The double-spiral mixer is started according to the specified loading factor, the material is not stopped and the equipment is operated according to the direction shown in the figure, and it cannot be reversed.

(3) The mixing time of the double spiral mixer is generally 6 to 10 minutes, and the special mixing can be determined by the user.

(4) If the two motors must start the rotation motor first and then the revolution motor; the opposite is true when the machine is stopped.
